2. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Refunds are only available if requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Corporate sales and bulk purchases are non-refundable. Purchased accounts do not expire and can be reassigned to other individuals within the organization at any time.

3. Course Access and Usage

  • Course access codes are valid upon purchase and can be activated at any time.
  • Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or resale of access codes is strictly prohibited.
  • Once activated, accounts are assigned to the individual user and cannot be transferred to another person.

4. Corporate Purchases

  • Corporate clients purchasing in bulk agree that all sales are final and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchasing organization to manage and distribute course access codes to its members.
  • Unused access codes may be reassigned within the organization but cannot be returned for credit or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, content, and certifications are the intellectual property of six Sigma Global Institute (SSGI).
  • Use of these materials is restricted to the individual or organization that purchased them and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Six Sigma Global Institute is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our courses or services.
  • It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they meet the prerequisites and requirements for course participation and certification.

8. Modification of Terms
