I was very happy to find there is more to this course. I learned much, much more. The importance of FMEA, as well as DMAIC. The use of the X-Y Matrix, and the Gage R&R system. Course Overview

The SSGI Diversity and Inclusion Yellow Belt is and introduction to Lean Six Sigma for those new to the discipline.
No prior experience or requirements needed.

The objective of any organization is to deliver customer value, but delivering value depends upon how well that organization manages and integrates two challenging issues; people and processes. The first issue focuses on the human resources that define the culture of the organization; they determine whether the organization has created and maintained a workplace that is both diverse and inclusive. The second issue focuses on efficient processes that deliver quality results. Without an effective workplace environment and without effective processes, the modern organization finds itself struggling to compete in challenging environments.

In this course you will learn the complete Body of Knowledge associated with Lean Six Sigma and thereby be certified in Lean Six Sigma at the Yellow Belt level, but will also learn how Lean Six Sigma and a diverse and inclusive workplace are interdependent as they both contribute to business results.

When people of different backgrounds work together in a collaborative and welcoming environment, and when the focus is on efficient and quality-based processes, the individual, group and organization all prosper.
