But it also covers important details that support those approaches including emotional intelligence, change management, decision-making, high-performance teams, negotiating in the workplace, and working with difficult people.
Because improving one’s leadership skills can be so challenging, and because it cannot be done overnight, the last chapter guides you through the creation of a plan to practice and improve these skills.
