Dr. Barry Shore is an internationally recognized authority in operations management, Lean Six Sigma, and organizational performance.

A Professor Emeritus at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire, Dr. Shore has spent over four decades teaching, researching, and applying improvement principles across industry and academia.

He has consulted for global organizations including GE, Hyundai, Doosan, and Deutsche, and has served as a guest lecturer at leading business schools across Europe and Asia.

Dr. Shore’s work emphasizes not just tools, but how leaders think, decide, and execute in complex, real-world environments. This philosophy underpins every SSGI certification.

Zach R. Shore

Managing Director & Co-Founder

Zach Shore leads the strategic growth and global expansion of Six Sigma Global Institute.

With a background in private equity, project management, and international business, Zach has advised small and mid-sized organizations across the United States and the United Kingdom on operational improvement and execution.

He previously served as U.S. Managing Director of Butterfly Srl, a technology firm founded in Italy, and currently sits on the Ivy Tech Community College Supply Chain Management and Logistics Advisory Board.

Zach’s focus is on building scalable, credible certification programs that align academic rigor with real-world business needs.

Sharm Manwani

Sharm has held National and European CIO positions at three blue-chip multinational organizations leading large-scale international IT-enabled change programmes supporting business process redesign.

Garrett J. Ilg

Executive VP, Oracle

Mr. Ilg currently holds the position of Executive VP at Oracle. He has also served as the President of SAP Japan Co, President of Adobe Europe as well as the President of Adobe Japan. He joined Adobe from BEA Systems Inc, where he served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Asia Pacific. Garrett has also he held marketing and sales positions with Dow Jones, Walt Disney, Columbia Pictures and Mitsubishi Electronics.

Marjorie Godfrey, PhD,MS, BSN, FAAN, is a Research Professor in the Department of Nursing at the College of Health ad Human Services, University of New Hampshire (UNH). She is also the Executive Director & Founder of the Institute for Excellence in Health and Social Systems (IEHSS).

Mitchell S. Platt

It has played an integral part in the country’s history, with National Geographic and Wilderness Society both founded on its premises. Mr. Platt currently holds the following credentials: MCM (Master Club Manager), CCE (Certified Chief Executive), General Manager of the Cosmos Club in Washington, DC, Chairman of the Club Management Association of America (CMAA). He has served as a guest lecturer at the University of Delaware, Club Management Class, and as a speaker at the American University Hotel Law Program.

Lance was instrumental behind Orange’s entry into the business market, Lance was also the founder of Orange Ventures, Orange’s £100M investment arm. He was also responsible for launching the first virtual mobile operator in China and for writing and implementing the mobile development plan for the Republic of Lebanon. Lance holds an MBA from the University of Portsmouth.
