GREEN BELT Baldrige

Course Overview

The Baldrige framework empowers organizations to reach their goals, improve results and thereby improve their position in a competitive industry. This course, aligned with that framework, introduces professionals to the way in which these goals can be delivered in business, government and education. It focuses on how process efficiency can be improved and how these processes can be designed to deliver customer or client quality.

The Green Belt course prepares professionals to become full participants in Green Belt Projects. It prepares them to recognize process improvement opportunities as well as preparing them to design quality control programs that rely on standard Lean Six Sigma statistical methods to ensure that processes deliver sustainable results. Sufficient background is achieved for those holding the Green Belt to lead small projects while working under a Black Belt to support large ones.
