All of our programs include certification exams. You will not need to purchase any separate exam in order to receive your certification and ID License number that can be verified online by employers.
SSGI has established partnerships within industry, academia and government. For example, SSGI is a Miami Dade College Education Partner, Baldrige Foundation Partner (Government) and has worked directly with Fortune 500 companies around the world.

When you pass the exam you will receive your own personalized certification from SSGI. This certification will be hosted on a unique URL. From this URL you can download a PDF copy to print, add your certificate directly to LinkedIn and have access to a digital badge. All certificates contain a verifiable ID License number that employers can used to verify your certification.
No. There is only one upfront payment. This fee covers everything you will need (training, certification exam and support).
Yes. Upon request we offer hand-signed, embossed hard copies of our certificates that we send out to you via mail. There is a $25 fee for this service that can be paid for after you pass the exam.
No.
As long as you’d like. We do not have a time limit on how quickly you must complete the course or take the certification exam. You will have continued access to all the training material even after you pass the exam.
SSGI training is 100% online and digitally hosted. Upon enrolling you will be given immediate access to the digitally hosted training program. Due to intellectual property rights we do not allow for downloads of training materials outside of templates that are provided thorough select courses.
No, we provide you with everything that you need in order to successfully pass the exam. No additional purchases are necessary.
No it does not. Many organizations use online programs to certify and train their employees.
Yes, if you are not satisfied with your order within the first 24-hours of purchasing and have yet to attempt the certification exam, we will issue you a 100% refund.
Yes, SSGI has been reviewed and approved as a PMI® R.E.P. and SHRM® Recertification provider. You will be able to claim preapproved PDUs and PDCs upon completing SSGI programs.
Yes, if you have any questions or need clarification while going through one of our courses, we provide ongoing email support and can also put you in contact with our course development team to clarify and questions or concerns that may arise.

When it comes to Lean Six Sigma accreditation there is no official governing body. In fact, we urge you to do your own research on Google when it comes to specific websites that claim to be “official” accreditation or governing bodies for Six Sigma.
One credential that you should take into consideration, is Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) R.E.P. approval. This is one of the most trustworthy approvals in industry for any project management related training as providers and their curriculum must go through a strict review and accreditation process in order to get approved.
